a) Website Purchases:
Products, including clothing, footwear, and accessories, can be directly purchased online after registration.
b) Telephonic Purchases:
You may place orders via phone. Verbal confirmation may be recorded. Disclosure of sensitive payment information over phone is at your own risk.
8. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES
Contests or promotional campaigns (e.g., “3 Star Rising”) are solely for promotional purposes and do not constitute gambling or lotteries. No additional fees are charged for participation. Winners are chosen via computer-generated draws and announced on the website.
Participation does not guarantee a win.

By using this site or engaging in telephonic purchases, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

13. 7-DAY REPLACEMENT POLICY
Products can be replaced within 7 days of delivery under the following terms:
- Notify defects/non-compliance within 48 hours.
- Notify other issues within 5 days.
- Replacements are subject to availability.
- The following are not eligible:
- Used or damaged items.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Consumables or items with tampered serial numbers.
- Damage due to misuse.
- Used or damaged items.
Note: Decision to accept/reject a replacement is at the sole discretion of the Company.
14. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to invalid information, unavailability, or other reasons. Refunds for such cancellations will be processed in a timely manner.
15. DELIVERY
A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, and a refund issued after deduction of applicable charges.
Ownership of goods transfers upon order confirmation.
16. REFUND POLICY
No refunds are issued unless a product is defective or misrepresented and is eligible for replacement (per Clause 13). Refunds will only be processed after return of unused products.
17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, design, and technology is owned by www.goshopi.in unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce or use any content without permission.
You retain rights to any content you upload but grant us a license to display it publicly if applicable.

21. PRICING
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to change without notice. Pricing and availability may differ based on demand or stock levels.
22. TERMINATION
We may terminate your account for any breach of these terms. In such cases, we may delete your account content and deny access to our services.
Any dues till the date of termination remain payable.
23. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
24. SEVERABILITY
If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
25. REPORT ABUSE
If you find any violations of these Terms or encounter offensive material on our site, please report it to info@goshopi.in.
